Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

As all our jewellery and gemstone items are handcrafted with care in Sri Lanka and often feature unique, natural Ceylon gemstones, we handle each return request individually to ensure fairness and transparency.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be returned in its original packaging with all tags or certificates (if provided).

Certain products are exempt from being returned:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery or gemstones (as these are made to order)

  • Digital downloads or design-related digital content

  • Gift cards or promotional offers


Non-returnable Items

  • Customized jewellery or engraved pendants

  • Gemstones altered, resized, or modified after delivery

  • Items purchased under clearance or special discount sales


Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless we specifically instruct you to do so.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) in the following situations:

  • Items showing signs of wear not caused during shipping

  • Items returned after the 14-day period but within 30 days of delivery

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your item.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days, and the amount will be applied to your original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account again.

  2. Then contact your credit card company processing times can vary.

  3. Next, contact your bank as there might be a delay before a refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@ncorun.co.uk and send your item to 23 The Gardens, Baldock, England, SG7 6AD. 

All exchanges will be subject to stock availability.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail your item to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

All our jewellery and gemstone items are carefully crafted and securely packed before dispatch.
We work with reliable and high-quality shipping services to ensure safe delivery.
Each item is handled with great attention and care to preserve its quality and authenticity.


Customization and Special Requests

If you wish to customize a product or discuss a special order before purchase, you may contact us through our message form to arrange a discussion.
Customized pieces are made exclusively for you and therefore cannot be returned or refunded once production begins.
