Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all packaging and labels intact.

• The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns for:

• Customized or personalized pieces (as they are made specifically for you)

• Gemstones that have been altered or set after delivery

• Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales

Proof of Purchase

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase when submitting a return request.

Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.
Approved refunds will be processed within a few business days and credited to your original method of payment.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Sale and Discounted Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or discounted products are non-refundable.
